Dust and air flow are then sprayed from the nozzle by high-speed rotation, and a large number of water droplets are formed directly on the liquid surface due to inertia, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the air. Under the action of negative pressure, the purified clean air passes through the water baffle to remove the dust and water mist, and finally is discharged from the fan port.

When the water stored in the equipment is used for a period of time, it will be mixed with a lot of dust, which needs to be replaced in time. The push rod plays such a role. One end of the push rod is connected to a piston. When the push rod lifts the piston, the mixing The dirty dusty sewage is discharged through the drain. After the sewage is discharged, the water level control system will automatically prompt to open the solenoid valve, and the clean water will flush the bottom. Then close the sewage outlet, fill the entire upper tank with water and then close the solenoid valve, the whole process is successfully completed.

CCJ/DG impact multi-tube dust collector is suitable for cleaning non-fibrous, non-corrosive dusty gas with a temperature not higher than 300ºC. It is suitable for enterprises in metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, foundry, power generation, building materials and refractory materials. Dust removal in the viscous quicklime transportation system can also obtain good results, which is another outstanding advantage of the unit. The water seal height of the overflow box is designed according to the negative pressure in the mist chamber of the machine component not more than 400 mm water column or the positive pressure not more than 150 mm water column. If it is not used under this condition, the overflow box needs to be designed separately.
