2, Working principle and structure


1. Working principle:


MDC / PDC bag filter adopts the combination of inertia dust collector and bag filter, so it has the function of secondary dust collection. The dust laden gas first enters the pre dust chamber and encounters the obstacles, which forces the direction of the dust laden air flow to change rapidly. The coarse dust changes the original movement direction due to the collision with the obstacles. Part of the dust falls into the ash hopper, and the rest enters the filter chamber with the filter bag along with the air flow, and the dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. After passing through the filter bag, the net air passes through the upper air purification chamber, exhaust duct and fan.


With the increase of dust on the surface of the filter bag fabric, the resistance of the dust collector rises immediately, so it is necessary to clean the dust. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is cleaned by using the pulsating air flow blowing into the inside of the filter bag. The dust cleaning work is carried out from room to room. This pulsating air flow can make the filter bag vibrate uniformly and blow through the filter bag from the inside out, so it has a high dust removal effect . The switching action of the ash cleaning chamber is controlled by the solenoid valve, and the cylinder valve is driven by the compressed air. The whole dust cleaning work is completed by the reverse blower, pulse valve, cylinder inner Mongolia and ash cleaning control system.
