This kind of dust collector is compact in structure and flexible in combination. Structure and working principle:
The dust collector adopts negative pressure chamber combination, and the filter bag is external filter type. The upper box body of the chamber, which is composed of cleaning chamber, bag filter chamber, explosion-proof valve, guide plate, inlet and outlet, as well as reverse blower box, ash hopper, dust unloading valve, pulsating reverse blowing device, is composed of two-way valve started by electromagnetic control compression cylinder, insulation layer, etc.
It adopts the structure of inertia and filtering dust collection mechanism, which has the function of two-stage dust collection. The design is reasonable and the population concentration can be higher than that of general bag filter.
The filter area of rhombic cloth bag is larger than that of other forms of bag (such as circular, flat, trapezoid), which can make full use of the box space, so the floor area is correspondingly less than that of other types of dust collectors.
The cleaning capacity of pulsating chamber back blowing is better than that of general bag filter, and the cleaning effect is better.
working principle:
The dust laden air flows from the middle chamber of the dust collector to the ash hopper through the guide plate. The large particles of dust are impacted downward and settle into the ash hopper under the action of inertial force. The fine dust deflects along with the air flow and enters the bag filter chamber upward. The dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified air is sucked out by the main fan of the dust collection system through the upper cleaning chamber and exhaust duct and is discharged into the atmosphere.
With the continuous progress of the filtration condition, the dust attached to the outside of the filter bag increases gradually, and the resistance of the air flow increases gradually. When the resistance value reaches a certain value (such as 1200pa), it can be manually operated according to the need, and can be automatically controlled to start the reverse blower, pulse valve and electromagnetic three-way valve in the reverse blowing device for back blowing and soot cleaning. The pulsating air flow with enough momentum is blown into the filter bag from the reverse direction of the filter dust, and makes the filter bag produce high frequency and low amplitude vibration to shake off the surface dust. When the resistance drops to a certain value (such as 800pa), the back blowing is stopped by manual or electronic control device. The dust cleaning is carried out in a single chamber with no air supply.
The main technical performance
Selection instructions: 1. The filtering wind speed refers to the wind speed passing through the filter material, M / min. some are called air cloth ratio, which refers to the air volume passing through the filter material per unit area in unit time, m 3 / min / m2, i.e. M / min. The filtration wind speed not only determines the size of the dust collector, but also has a great influence on the resistance of the filter material, dust collection efficiency and dust removal effect. In order to ensure the dust removal effect of the dust collector, improve the service life of the filter bag and reduce the resistance, the filtering wind speed of the dust collector should not exceed 1.0m/min.

3. The operating temperature and the selection of filter materials are closely related to the selection of filter materials. The allowable inlet dust gas temperature is different with different filter materials. When polyester needle felt, 729, 208 and filter materials are selected, the allowable inlet temperature is 120 ºC, when using aramid high temperature needle felt, the allowable inlet temperature is 200 ºC, and when using polypropylene fiber needle felt, the allowable inlet temperature is 88 ºC. When the antistatic filter bag is used, the temperature resistance is 120 ºC when the fiber layer is polyester and 88 ºC when the fiber layer is polypropylene.
4. The running resistance is generally in the range of 800 ~ 1200pa under normal load operation. When it is lower than 800pa, the dust removal efficiency will be reduced.
5. When polyester needle felt is used, the inlet dust concentration can reach 60 g / M? 3, and the concentration of other filter materials such as 729 and 208 should be appropriately reduced.
6. Dust cleaning mode: the cleaning mode is pulse back blowing of fan in the chamber, which is executed by electric control device. There are two kinds of electric control devices: (1) constant pressure (differential) back blowing, that is, using the pressure difference between the cleaning chamber in the dust collector and the bag filter chamber (or the two chambers above and below the pattern plate), the electronic control instrument automatically sends out signals on time to control the opening and closing of the back blowing and cleaning device. The design can be selected according to needs.
7. In the reverse blowing system, during the operation of high-temperature system, it is hoped that the hot air can be used as much as possible to prevent the low-temperature wind from entering into the filter material surface of the dust collector, which may cause the dust to adhere to the cloth bag and not blow down. Generally, a connecting pipeline can be added at the inlet of the reverse blower, and then it can be pushed into the air outlet pipeline of the main fan of the dust collection system. When the explosion-proof system is required to be higher, nitrogen gas pipe can be added. Nitrogen is used for back blowing.
