XGD/W ceramic multi-tube dust collector is a new product jointly developed by our company and Tanggang Design Institute. Passed the technical appraisal of the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Commission, and worked hand in hand with Hebei Metallurgical Design Institute, Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel, Jinan Iron and Steel and other design institutes to open up a new way of ceramic multi-tube dust collector application. This product is widely used in the treatment of industrial furnace waste gas pollution. Make the air pollutants discharged after treatment reach the GB9078-1996 "Industrial Furnace Air Pollutant Emission Standard".


XGD/W ceramic multi-tube dust collector structure features:

The dust collector is mainly composed of equipment shell, clean air chamber, dust removal chamber, air inlet, ash hopper, ash discharge port, and a combination of upper flower plate, lower flower plate and cyclone inside. According to different parameters such as air volume, air pressure, dust particle size and specific gravity to be processed, different specifications and quantities of cyclones are installed.

The dust-containing gas enters the dust removal chamber from the air inlet of the dust collector, and then enters each cyclone. Under the action of the redirector, the exhaust gas entering the cyclone is separated under the action of centrifugal force and directly falls into the ash hopper. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber upward in the gas outlet core tube, and then is discharged from the air outlet.

XGD/W ceramic multi-tube dust collector product features:

1. The main components-cyclone, guide, and outlet pipe are made of ceramics and other materials, which will not deform or break under high temperature (up to 700ºC) and low temperature changes.

2. The surface of the ceramic cyclone and the guide is smooth, non-sticky, non-clogging, corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant, high hardness, and the service life can reach 6-8 years.

3. Low investment, the investment is 1/2 of the electric precipitator, the management and maintenance costs are low, and the service life is more than three times that of other precipitators.

4. High efficiency and low resistance. First, the dust removal efficiency can reach 95%, the resistance is 800Pa, and the second dust removal efficiency can reach 98%, and the resistance is 1200Pa.

5. The treatment and heat recovery of special flue gas with strong corrosiveness and high temperature show its advantages. Simple operation, convenient management, low operating cost, no need to take cooling measures, saving water, and greatly reducing the cost of heat recovery.

1. Suitable for various types of coal-fired heating furnaces, power plant coal-fired boilers of various types of civil and industrial boiler flue gas treatment.
