1, Overview
LCPM series pulse bag filter is a new product developed by our factory. Won the second prize of Ministry of science and technology achievement, and won the best practical technology product promotion project of State Environmental Protection Bureau in 1993. 1. At present, the advanced off-line three state (filtering, cleaning and static) ash cleaning mode is adopted in the world, so that the ash cleaning is complete and reliable, and the "re adsorption" phenomenon of ash cleaning is avoided.

2. For the key components that affect the main performance, such as pulse valve, the service life of the diaphragm is more than one million times, and the continuous operation can be guaranteed for more than four years.


3. In this paper, the technology of chamber injection and cleaning is adopted, and the pulse bottom should be injected into one chamber at the same time (the number of filter bags in each chamber is 32, 64, 96 and 128). Therefore, the number of pulse valves can be reduced by 6-20 times compared with the ordinary high-pressure pulse dust remover by injecting 6 bags with one valve.


4. A pre dust collecting mechanism is designed, which not only overcomes the direct erosion and wear of filter bags, but also can deal with high concentration. The allowable inlet concentration is as high as 1000g / Nm3.


5. The three state ash cleaning mechanism of pulse valve is controlled by single chip microcomputer. It also has three control modes: fixed resistance, fixed time or manual control.

Even for the grinding dust collection system with dust concentration up to 1000g / Nm3 with 0-sepa powder concentrator, the lcpm-g / S / a series products should be directly selected instead of setting up a cyclone dust collector for primary dust removal, which not only saves the cost, but also reduces the floor area and system equipment resistance.
