Working process of BLS-8L wet vertical kiln dust collector

This product is composed of the main equipment dust removal tower, gray water separator and auxiliary equipment water pump, fan, electric control console, etc., connected by pipelines to form a complete system of continuous dust removal, gray water separation, dust recycling and water recycling.

Operation mechanism of BLS-8L wet vertical kiln dust collector

Exhaust gas from the two chimneys of the shaft kiln is accelerated by the jet and enters the dust removal tower tangentially to form a cyclone. Due to the centrifugal force, most of the dust is thrown to the wall and captured by the water film inside and outside to complete the removal; the airflow continues to rotate and rise. After spray washing, the secondary dust removal is completed. The removed gray water mixture flows into the gray water separator for separation treatment, and the concentrated gray water is discharged from the lower part of the separator to the scraper conveyor, and then sent to the raw material to be stirred into balls for recycling. The clarified water flows out from the upper part of the separator to the intermediate water tank and then enters the dust removal tower through the water pump, and forms a water film through the annularly arranged nozzles to realize water recycling. All equipment is concentrated on an electronic control console. For normal operation, the electronic control system adopts some sound and light alarm devices.

Main equipment structure and working principle

The dust removal tower is composed of an outer tower and an auxiliary tower, both of which are made of stainless steel plates. The outer tower has a diameter of 2.4m and a height of 12.7m. The auxiliary tower has a diameter of 0.5m and is located in the middle of the tower. 8 swirl nozzles for spray washing are arranged annularly along the lower part of the outer tower. The gray-water separator is made of ordinary steel plate. The inner wall uses "TO" resin with a diameter of 2.8m and a total height of 4.3m. There is a mud collecting device driven by a reducer in the middle, and the plaster deposited on the ploughshare on the mud collecting arm is scraped and discharged. When the mud collecting arm occupies for some reason, it can stop running and sound an audible and visual alarm at the same time. After treatment, it still can't resume operation, and a work cleaning is applied. The jam of the mud collecting arm is caused by a power outage or a long period of non-discharge of mud. The longer the power outage, the more serious the fault. Therefore, the user is required to be equipped with dual power supplies.
