Detailed description of MDC and PDC coal mill explosion proof and anti-static bag filter:
1. Running resistance: under normal temperature condition, no-load running resistance is 10-50 mm water column, and load operation is generally controlled at 100-120 mm water column.


2. Operating temperature: inlet temperature shall be determined according to the material of filter material. The inlet temperature of needle felt or 208 industrial polyester filter material should be less than 110 ºC. In order to prevent condensation, the normal operating temperature should be more than 10 ºC higher than the dew point temperature of the filtered gas.


3. Filtering wind speed: the filtering wind speed (M / min) refers to the amount of gas passing through the filter cloth per unit area in unit time. Its selection is based on the nature of the dust, the selection of filter material requirements, types and ash removal methods and other factors. The filtering wind speed not only determines the size of the dust collector, but also affects the dust collection efficiency, fluid resistance and dust removal effect. In order to ensure the high efficiency of the dust collector and the service life of the filter bag, the filtering wind speed should not exceed 1.0 m / min.


4. Filter material selection: needle felt filter material is used for MDC series coal mill explosion-proof bag dust collector, and needle free felt or 208 industrial polyester is used for PDC series bag dust collector. Working principle of MDC and PDC coal mill explosion proof bag filter:
MDC, PDC coal mill explosion-proof bag filter adopts the combination of inertia dust collector and bag filter, so it has the function of secondary dust collection. When the dust gas enters the pre dust chamber and meets the obstacles, the direction of the dust laden air flow is forced to change rapidly, and the original movement direction of the coarse dust is changed due to the collision with the obstacles. Some of them fall into the ash hopper, and the rest enter the filter chamber with dust removal bag along with the air flow. The dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. After passing through the filter bag, the net air passes through the upper air purification chamber, exhaust duct and fan.


With the increase of dust on the surface of the filter bag fabric, the resistance of the dust collector rises immediately, so it is necessary to clean the dust. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is cleaned by using the pulsating air flow blowing into the inside of the filter bag. The dust cleaning work is carried out from room to room. This pulsating air flow can make the filter bag vibrate uniformly and blow through the filter bag from the inside out, so it has a high dust removal effect . The Inner Mongolia dust cleaning is controlled by the air compressor and the air blower valve.
Installation of MDC and PDC coal mill explosion proof bag filter
1. MDC, PDC coal mill explosion-proof bag filter can be installed indoor or outdoor, but indoor installation is better, especially in northern cold areas. Rain proof shed shall be set up for outdoor installation, and space shall be reserved around the equipment for equipment maintenance and filter bag replacement during indoor installation.


2. All flange parts shall not be tightened with bolts. There shall be no slag.


3. After installation, the whole parts of the dust collector shall be checked for tightness, and the pressure relief valve, access door and connection shall not have any air leakage.


4. The movement of each mechanical action part must be flexible and in place. The reverse blower should rotate in the correct direction, and there should be no friction between the pulsating valve and the shell.


5. The pressure of compressed air should be 3-5kg / cm2. The user should have a small air compressor.
