The ZC rotary back-blown flat bag dust collector produced by our factory belongs to the Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. A new type of advanced bag filter successfully developed by the First Design Institute and other units. The practice for many years has proved that the filter has the advantages of high efficiency, low resistance, simple maintenance and reliable operation. It is suitable for process recovery and dust removal and purification of fine dust, and the emission concentration can be far lower than national regulations.
In 1978, at the Electric Furnace Flue Gas Purification Exchange Conference held by the General Design Institute of the First Machinery Department in Shanghai, the dust collector was highly praised. At present, it has been gradually promoted and used in machinery, metallurgy, electric power and other departments and factories, and the design department of the general institute has improved and perfected it according to the use situation.

1. Structure and working principle:

It is composed of the following four parts: (see basic structure diagram 1 for details)

1. Upper box body: including dust collector cover, rotating cover removal device, clean room, bag changing inlet hole, observation hole, and air outlet.

2. Middle box body: including flower plate, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide port, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet and inlet door.

3. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star ash unloading valve, support.

4. Anti-blowing and ash cleaning mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, split-circle blow-back mechanism, circulating air pipe, reverse blow pipe, reverse blower, rotary arm deceleration mechanism.

The anti-blowing rotating arm is driven by a reducer placed on the top cover, and the anti-blowing machine is installed on the floor. The center tube is connected with the rotating arm. For filter bags arranged in three or four circles, the rotating arm is equipped with a split-circle back-blowing device.


Star dust unloading valve, deceleration device and motor, reverse blower, rotary arm deceleration mechanism and circulating air pipeline are all accessories. It can be equipped according to user requirements. Platforms and ladders are not shown in the series of assembly drawings. They and the foundation of the blower and the circulating air pipeline should be designed and installed according to the specific conditions of the site.

working principle:

Filtration conditions-the dust-laden airflow enters the upper space of the filter chamber from a tangential direction, because the inlet is a volute type. Large particles and agglomerated dust particles spin down the ash bucket along the wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force. Small particles of dust are dispersed in the gaps between the filter bags and are retained by the filter bags. Adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag, the purified air passes through the filter wall and collects in the clean room through the filter bag guide on the flower plate, and is sucked out by the ventilator and discharged into the atmosphere.

Regeneration working condition-As the filtering working condition progresses, the retained dust gradually thickens and the filter bag resistance gradually increases. When the upper limit of the anti-air blow control resistance is reached, the anti-air blower can be manually turned on as needed, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the anti-air blower and the anti-air blower rotary arm drive mechanism for reverse blowing. Our company can also provide automatic control devices. The counter-blow airflow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag guide port from the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtering airflow and changing the pressure condition in the bag, causing the filter bag to vibrate substantially and shaking off the dust. Blow back one by one in a circle. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti-air blow mechanism is manually closed or automatically stops working. In order to save the power of the anti-air blower and reduce the amount of anti-air blow, the three or four circle (ie 144ZC- 20ZC-type) bag filter is equipped with divided circles. The blowback mechanism makes only one filter bag blowback at a time.
2. Main features:
