The structural features of each component are as follows:

1. The fan components are imitated from foreign centrifugal fans, with large air volume, high air pressure, hard fan characteristic curve, and noise reduction measures are adopted, so the noise is low.

2. The filter component is flat bag filter with industrial polyester cloth as filter material. The bag is equipped with spring steel mesh, which has good filtering effect, convenient replacement of filter bag and long service life.

3. The dust cleaning mechanism of the filter component is to use the motor to drive the eccentric wheel and the connecting rod to make the bag shake and remove the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. The control device is divided into automatic control and manual control. Automatic control means that when the fan is working continuously, the ash cleaning mechanism will automatically vibrate and clean ash at fixed time. Manual control means that the ash cleaning mechanism will work automatically after the fan stops, and it will stop automatically after tens of seconds. The ash cleaning motor can also be started at any time according to the needs. The time relay for ash cleaning can be adjusted by the user.

4. The filter parts are equipped with a quick dismounting access door (2) which is smooth and sealed, so as to carry out maintenance and remove the filter when necessary.

5. The air inlet interface at one side above the dust collector can be folded down when necessary, so as to increase the use of air inlet area.

6. There are 16 specifications of the unit, which are divided into type A and type B. Type A is equipped with ash hopper drawer, type B is not provided with ash hopper drawer. Flange is added at the lower part; the user is directly connected to dust collection equipment such as folding bag mouth, material bin, sand blasting box, belt transportation turning point and other dust equipment, and the dust is directly recovered.

The dust containing gas enters the box and is filtered by flat bag filter. The dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag, and is inhaled by the fan and directly discharged into the room (or discharged to the outdoor by connecting pipe).

With the increase of filtering time, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is also increasing, and the resistance of the filter bag is also increasing accordingly, which affects the dust removal effect. The automatic ash cleaning mechanism is used to carry out the regular vibration dust cleaning or the manual control dust cleaning mechanism will automatically vibrate for tens of seconds after the shutdown, so that the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag will be shaken off, and the dust falling into the dust collecting container (drawer) will be pulled out manually .
