The working principle of the pulse spray single-machine dust collector/single-machine bag filter is: after the dust-containing gas enters the single-machine dust collector, the dust is filtered through two stages. The first air flow rate decreases and the airflow direction changes, so that the large particles of dust are inert due to gravity While settled in the dust box, the lighter and finer dust is trapped on the bag wall by the filter bag, and the purified clean air is sent back to the workshop through centrifugal force to reduce heat loss.

This series of dust collectors temporarily has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard type A with ash hopper and type B with open flange (no ash hopper). working principle

Dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and enters the filter bag chamber through the open flange. The dust-containing gas is filtered through the filter bag and enters the clean gas chamber, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean gas chamber and is exhausted by the fan . The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and increases continuously, which makes the resistance of the bag filter continue to rise. In order to make the equipment resistance not exceed 1200Pa, the bag dust removal can work intermittently, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be regularly collected. The ash cleaning is the timing and sequence activation of the pulse valve by the program controller, so that the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the nozzle hole (called the primary air) through the venturi tube to induce several times the surrounding air (called the primary air) The secondary air) enters the filter bag to cause the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant, and the dust will be shaken off by the opposite direction of the air flow. The dust attached to the bag surface will quickly leave the filter bag and fall into the ash hopper (or ash silo). Dust discharge valve discharges to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
