1. Pulse bag filter structure The equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Box body: including bag room, pre-dust room, clean air room, porous plate, dust bag, filter bag frame. The cabinet is designed to withstand a pressure of 9000Pa.
(2) Injection system: main air pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, control instrument.
(3) The ash hopper and the ash discharge part have two forms: one is that the ash hopper is directly connected to the ash unloading valve, and the other is that the ash hopper is connected to the ash unloading valve through conveying equipment (such as screw conveyor). The body of the pulse bag dust collector is designed with a rigid structure, and the flower plate uses a cold stamping process, which not only increases the strength but also ensures the quality of the equipment. In addition to processing normal temperature gas, this type of pulse bag duster is also suitable for processing high temperature gas. At this time, if the outer shell needs heat preservation, LBY type light rock wool board can be used for double-layer insulation, and the outer shell adopts δ=0.5mm galvanized sheet. It is protected and installed with a new technology of pulling rivets, and different filter materials and filter wind speeds are selected according to the use environment.
2. Working principle Dust-containing gas enters the expanded ash hopper of the dust collector for pre-collection, and is evenly distributed between the various dust removal filter bags through the deflector, and the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag so that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa, the high-pressure gas generates pulse spray through the solenoid valve, so that the compressed air in the air bag (0.5~0.7MPa) is ejected from the nozzle hole (called the primary wind) through the venturi tube to induce several times the surrounding air of the primary wind (called The secondary air) enters the dust bag and expands rapidly in an instant, and shakes off the dust with the opposite direction of the airflow to achieve the purpose of dust removal. Using a microcomputer automatic control device, the cleaning cycle and pulse spraying time can be adjusted at will according to the dust to make the dust collector run within the specified range.


2. Selection parameters and principles
(1) The main technical parameters of pulse bag filter selection are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the large numerical value of the air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration in the process design, the corresponding pulse bag filter model is the required pulse filter model according to the principle that it is slightly less than the value in the technical performance table. The dust removal filter bag is determined according to the inlet concentration, gas temperature and humidity content.
(2) The air consumption in the table refers to the situation of the factory's centralized air supply. For example, when the air machine is used alone, the actual air consumption should be increased to 1.5 times the value in the table.
(3) In the column of compressed air consumption, the air consumption proposed is the air consumption of this type of equipment.
