1. Introduction
LFEF series dryer glass fiber bag dust collector is a new product developed by Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute of State Building Materials Bureau, which is specialized in dust removal of dryer flue gas with the specifications of φ 1.5 × 12M, φ 1.5 × 15m, φ 2.2 × 12M, and φ 2.4 × 16m, The product adopts the new technology of vertical kiln positive fiber bag dust removal, microcomputer control room back blowing, timing, fixed resistance dust removal, temperature detection and display, etc., so that the glass fiber bag dust collector can operate efficiently and stably in the flue gas dust removal of the dryer, and the emission concentration at the chimney outlet is lower than the national emission standard of 150mg / M3N (the actual value can be ≤ 150mg / M3N). The equipment can change bags in different rooms without stopping the machine. It has the advantages of simple operation, safety and reliability, and low operation cost. It is the most ideal equipment for flue gas dust removal of domestic dryer.
2, Structure

The equipment is composed of inlet pipe, air inlet chamber, bag chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, outlet pipe, reverse blowing system and ash cleaning control system.

The main body of the dust remover is of all steel structure, and is designed with anti thermal expansion mechanism measures. The shell adopts lby type light rock wool board for double-layer insulation, and the outer surface is protected by = 0.5 galvanized sheet. The new process of pulling rivet is used for installation, and the cold stamping rolling and rolling forming process is used for the flower plate, which can increase the strength and ensure the equipment.

The dust collector is made of high temperature resistant glass fiber bag treated by RH formula, which has excellent bending resistance, wear resistance, strength and thermal shock performance.

3, How it works

(1) Filtration: the dust-bearing flue gas enters the air inlet pipe through the flue gas duct, and enters the air inlet chamber from the upper station. Some coarse particles fall into the ash hopper by inertia, and the rest of the flue gas dust enters the filter bag. After being filtered by the inner surface, it enters the bag chamber, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan through the ventilation slot, exhaust valve and air outlet pipe. The equipment is a glass fiber bag filter with upper air intake and negative pressure vibration style.

(2) Dust cleaning and automatic control: after a period of time, the dust collected on the inner surface of the filter bag is thickened, and the running resistance of the dust collector rises. When the value is increased, it is necessary to clean the filter bag, that is, the dust attached on the inner surface of the filter bag is removed by external force, so that the negative force of the dust collector is reduced, and the filter bag of the chamber is put into normal operation again.

The whole process of dust cleaning is mainly carried out by reverse blowing. When the resistance rises and needs to be cleaned, the microcomputer instructs to close the exhaust valve and open the blowback valve, so that the original expanded filter bag can be compressed and deformed under the action of the reverse blowing, so as to achieve the goal of removing the dust attached to the inner surface of the filter bag. The cleaning dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the cutter through the ash discharge valve. The whole cleaning process is carried out in turn in different rooms, which does not affect the normal operation of the dust collector.

The timing cleaning is based on the time program. Each room automatically cleans the dust in turn according to the adjustable time parameters. The dust cleaning cycle of the dust remover can be set and adjusted according to the process requirements.

In addition to the above control method, a manual control mechanism is also set up to manually carry out normal ash cleaning.
