The dust-laden gas enters the air inlet of the air box of the dust collector (the 32 series enters from the ash hopper) and is turned to the ash hopper through the inclined baffle. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to inertia, the coarse particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper. The fine dust particles are folded upwards into the filter room with the airflow. The dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper clean room. It is collected from the sub-clean rooms and passed through the air outlet. The main fan of the dust collection system Aspirate and discharge into the atmosphere.
With the continuous progress of the filtration process, the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance to the air flow is gradually increasing. The time of stopping the air and blowing of the filter bag, the interval time between the compartments, and the cleaning cycle are controlled by the program controller, and each time is adjustable.
