The working principle of the XZZ cyclone dust collector: When the dust-containing air enters the volute of the dust collector through the contraction and tangential direction, it makes a spiral rotation movement from top to bottom, and the dust particles are thrown to the wall and along the wall under the action of centrifugal force. Rotate downwards and enter the sealed dust collection device with a special structure; the purified gas will spirally rotate from the bottom to the top and be discharged through the core tube.

Instructions for use of XZZ cyclone dust collector:

1. Before operating the boiler, check whether the ash collection device (ash box or hopper) is well sealed, and run after sealing. When the boiler is running at full load, the ash discharge interval can be determined according to the amount of dust collected, and it can generally be discharged every 8 hours. When discharging ash, stop the induced draft fan and then open the ash discharge port; after discharging the ash, re-cover the ash discharge port, and then turn on the induced draft fan to start normal operation.

2. The dust collector is required to be tight and air-proof during negative pressure suction operation, especially the dust collection device, avoid air leakage, so as not to affect the dust removal efficiency.

3. The connection method of the dust collector in the dust removal system generally adopts the negative pressure suction type, which can reduce the wear of the dust particles on the induced draft fan. If the design requirements or other reasons, it can also adopt the positive pressure pressure type.

4. For cold areas, especially boilers that are used intermittently, when the dust collector is installed outdoors, the dust collector should be insulated. For small boilers with an evaporation capacity of less than 1 ton/hour and equipped with a preheating water tank, the exhaust gas temperature should not be too low to avoid condensation and clogging of dust collectors.

5. Because the inner wall of XZZ-III/T cyclone dust collector is coated with paint, do not hit the dust collector to avoid the paint layer falling off.
