Description of CCJ/A-10-1 dust removal unit model:
This unit has a wide range of applications and can be used to purify non-fibrous, non-corrosive dusty gas with a turbidity not higher than 300°C. It is suitable for various enterprises such as metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, casting, power generation, building materials and refractory materials. Dust removal in the viscous quicklime transportation system can also obtain good results, which is another outstanding advantage of the unit.
Working principle of CCJ/A dust collector:

The dust-laden gas is sucked into the inlet of the dust collector by the ventilator, and the airflow turns downward and impacts the water surface, and some larger dust particles are poured into the water. When the dust-laden gas passes through the "S"-shaped channel between the upper and lower blades at a speed of 18-35 m/s, a large amount of water splash is aroused, and it is in full contact with water vapor, and most of the fine dust concrete enters the water , So that the dusty gas can be fully purified. After passing through the "S"-shaped channel, due to the centrifugal force, the water obtained dust particles returns to the funnel. The purified body is discharged from the dust removal unit through the clean air outlet and the ventilator after the water droplets are removed by the outdoor water baffle of the mist division, and the mud is regularly discharged by the slurry discharge valve of the funnel. New water is replenished by the water supply pipeline. The water level in the unit is controlled by the overflow box. When the water level is higher than the overflow weir, the water flows into the water seal and is discharged from the overflow pipe. The automatic water level control device pumped on the overflow box can ensure that the water level changes within a range of 3-5 mm, thereby ensuring the stable, high efficiency and water saving of the unit. The upper part of the overflow box is connected with the clean gas mist chamber by a vent pipe, so that the two have the same water surface. The water in the overflow tank is connected by inserting the lower part of the dust collector to keep the water surface of the overflow tank stable.
