The LSB pulse bag filter provided by Aokang adopts a combined assembly structure with steel flanging. This structure is characterized by easy installation and assembly, and convenient transportation; the ejector is half-recumbent under the perforated plate for easy maintenance and replacement of filter bags; The spring type is adopted, so that the filter bag is not easy to be worn and helps to clean the dust. The allowable temperature of this dust collector is 208 polyester dust bag ≤120ºC, 729 polyester dust filter bag ≤180ºC, and glass fiber dust bag can reach 300ºC


The LSB pulse bag dust collector adopts a downstream design. The downstream flow is the air flow entering from the upper box of the dust collector and discharged from the air header of the lower box. The air flow direction and the pulse blowing direction are the dust after cleaning. The direction of falling into the ash hopper is the same, thus reducing the air after the secondary dust purification does not pass through the venturi tube, can expand the outlet and reduce the resistance, adopt the spring cage to improve the ash removal efficiency, and the concentration (dust) is larger. The lower the filtering wind speed is, and a cyclone dust collector should be added if it exceeds the standard. Moreover, the purified air does not pass through the ejector throat, which greatly reduces the resistance of the dust collector, thereby reducing the load of the fan, saving power consumption and helping the dust settle into the ash hopper.


The working principle of the LSB pulse bag filter is: after the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the upper box, it flows from top to bottom. After being filtered by the cloth bag, the dust is trapped outside the bag, and the purified air flows from the lower mouth of the bag After the clean air headers are collected, they are discharged from the air outlet. When the dust on the surface of the cloth bag increases and reaches a certain resistance, the controller will issue instructions to trigger the solenoid valves in sequence, open the pulse valve, and make the compressed air in the air bag spray out from the nozzle holes of the nozzle at a speed close to the speed of sound The primary airflow induces the secondary airflow several times the airflow to be sprayed into the filter bag together, causing the filter bag to instantly expand rapidly, so that the dust attached to the filter bag is released from the bag and falls into the gap between the clean air headers. The ash hopper is then discharged by the ash discharge valve. Since the time of one injection (ie pulse time) is generally controlled at 0.1-0.2 seconds, each filter bag of the dust collector can be regarded as continuous work.
