The working principle of the structure is shown in the figure: the low-pressure pulse dust collector is composed of air inlet, filter box, air outlet, clean air box, ash hopper, ash discharge system (reduction device, screw, ash discharge valve), injection system (air storage bag) , Pulse valve, solenoid valve, ejector, controller).

DZW93 type low pressure jet pulse bag filter working principle:
The dust-containing gas enters the dust filter box through the air inlet of the low-pressure pulse dust collector and enters the dust filter box through the splitter plate. Through the various effects of the filter bag, the dust, gas and dust are separated, and the purified net gas is discharged through the air outlet and blocked in the filter. The dust on the surface of the bag increases with time and the resistance of the filter bag increases. In order to ensure that the resistance of the low-pressure pulse dust collector is within the limited value (1470-1770Pa), the injection system of each room is regularly turned on by the control instrument, and the quantitative compressed air is blown to each room in turn and the ejector induces several times the purified gas to enter each room. The ash of the filter bag of the low-pressure pulse dust collector is removed and dropped into the ash hopper, and the dust is conveyed to the ash discharge valve through the screw and discharged from the body.
