2, Structure and working principle
1. The structure of pulse bag filter is mainly composed of the following parts:

(1) Box body: including bag room, pre dust chamber, air purification chamber, porous plate, dust removal bag and filter bag framework. The design pressure of the box is 9000pa.

(2) Injection system: main gas pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, control instrument.

(3) There are two forms of ash hopper and ash discharge part: one is that the ash hopper is directly connected with the ash unloading valve; the other is that the ash hopper is connected with the ash unloading valve through conveying equipment (such as screw conveyor). The pulse bag filter body is designed with full rigid structure, and the pattern plate is made of cold stamping process, which can not only increase the strength but also ensure the quality of the equipment. This type of pulse bag filter not only deals with normal temperature gas, but also suits to deal with high temperature gas. In this case, lby type light rock wool board can be used for double-layer heat preservation if the shell needs to be insulated. The shell is protected by δ = 0.5mm galvanized plate, and is installed with a new process of pulling rivet. Different filter materials and filtering wind speed are selected according to the use environment.

2. How it works The dust containing gas enters into the enlarged ash hopper of the dust collector for pre dust collection. The dust is evenly distributed between the dust removal filter bags through the guide plate, and the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. In order to make the equipment resistance not more than 1200 PA, the high-pressure gas generates pulse injection through the electromagnetic valve, so that the compressed air (0.5 ~ 0.7 MPa) in the air bag is ejected from the hole of the jet pipe (called primary air) and induced by venturi tube several times than that of the primary air The surrounding air (called secondary air) enters into the dust removal bag, and rapidly expands in an instant, and shakes off the dust with the reverse effect of air flow, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. According to the dust, the cleaning cycle and pulse spraying time can be adjusted randomly by using microcomputer automatic control device to make the dust collector run within the specified range.

3. Selection parameters and principles

(1) The main technical parameters of pulse bag filter are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the large values of air volume, gas temperature and dust concentration in the process design, and based on the principle of slightly less than the values in the technical performance table, the corresponding pulse bag filter model is the required pulse dust collector model, and the dust removal filter bag is determined according to the inlet concentration, gas temperature and humidity content.

(2) The air consumption in the table is the situation of centralized gas supply in the factory. If the air blower is used alone, the actual gas consumption should be increased to 1.5 times of the value in the table.

(3) In the column of compressed air consumption, the air consumption proposed is the air consumption of this type of equipment.

3. The shape and foundation of the equipment are shown in the attached figure. We can also design the dust collector according to the user's site conditions.
