2. The working principle of BS-780/930 series Lurgi electrostatic precipitator:

Electric precipitator is a device that collects dust in flue gas by electrostatic purification method. It is an ideal equipment for purifying industrial waste gas. Its purification work mainly depends on the two systems of discharge and precipitation. When high voltage direct current is input to the two rooms, anions and cations are generated in the electrical space, and they act on the surface of the exhaust gas particles passing through the electrostatic field. Under the action of the electric field force, they move to the opposite electricity and deposit on the electricity to achieve dust collection. purpose. Both systems have rapping devices. When the rapping hammer periodically beats the two devices, the dust adhering to them is shaken off and falls into the lower ash hopper and is discharged out of the machine through the ash discharge device. The purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the outlet, and the flue gas purification process is completed at this time.

Three, installation requirements:

Before installing the electrostatic precipitator, you must carefully understand the general diagram, installation diagram and manual of the electrostatic precipitator, and strictly follow the drawings.
Trial assembly at the manufacturer:

The frame of the combined discharge board should be pre-assembled in the factory, and the difference between the two diagonals after assembly is no more than 1/1000 of the length of the diagonal, and its flatness is 10mm.

All steel sections of the discharge suspension frame shall also be assembled with bolts. The difference between the two diagonals is greater than 1/1000 of the diagonal length. In the suspended state, when the height of the frame is less than or equal to 5m, its flatness is 5mm. When the height is greater than 5m, the flatness is 10mm. The assembled frame should be marked for on-site installation.

Distributed transmission device, precipitation and discharge transmission device, rotary unloader, support (multi-ball type and sliding type) should be assembled and sent to the site.

(2) On-site installation:

(1) The dimensions of the civil foundation should be checked before the equipment is installed. If there is any discrepancy, it should be handled. Install the support on the foundation surface and level it with a level.

(2) Unpacking and checking according to the equipment list. The parts deformed due to lifting and long-term stacking must be corrected from time to time before installation. Sampling inspection of main components (such as plates, corona wires and corona frame), if the manufacturing deviation exceeds the design requirements, should be corrected, if it cannot be corrected, it should be scrapped.

(3) All parts of the discharge and precipitation system should be painted with special paint at the manufacturer's factory, if not painted at the factory, they should be painted. This kind of special paint belongs to anti-corrosion conductive paint. If it is not available, kerosene and carbon black seasoning can be used instead.

(4) Refer to the cleaning and refueling of transmission parts.
